California Privacy Rights

Beginning January 1, 2005, California law permits customers that reside in California to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information collected by the AKC to third parties for marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, have provided the AKC with personal information within the last year and would like to know whom the AKC shared information with and what information was shared you may contact the AKC at CAPrivacy@akc.org or:
