Shipping Policies
Shipping delays are expected due to nationwide covid closures impacting service. Please contact the shipping carrier for questions or concerms regarding your order.
- All items purchased from AKC Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Orders over $49 receive free shipping
- Shipping for all other orders is a $6.00 flat rate fee (with the exception of large or abnormally heavy items).
- Orders will be processed and passed to the carrier within 5-7 business days after purchase.
- Ground shipping is standard for all orders.
- AKC Shop is unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. AKC Shop is not responsible for orders sent to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses that are not delivered.
- AKC Shop Shipping Policies do not apply to items purchased from our Amazon.com or Chewy.com affiliate partners.
Return Policies & Information
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to help! Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (see below for exclusions* and defer to return policy on individual product page).
- Please ensure all returned packages include the following: original packing slip or order number, name, request for refund or exchange.
- Shipping costs are not included. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- Items requested for exchange will be sent when the return is received by the vendor.
- At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

*AKC DNA Kits are not available for return or exchange. All AKC DNA Kit purchases are FINAL SALE.
*Face masks, custom printed items including: jars, ceramic bowls, breed phone cases and breed mugs, and e-books are not available for return or exchange.
